This Ultrasurf is a modified
to run most usb modems, for free. Globe/Sun = 0 balance and Smart = 1 php minimum balance. This is internally embedded with http-tunneling scripts and a built-in international proxy. The annoying Error prompt was also removed in this modified version.
Just execute, wait for the Usurf to connect and when successfully connected, start browsing.
