I Found a new working handler trick for tata docomo,
JUST TYPE "DIVEIN.TATADOCOMO.COM" IN THE PROXY SERVER COLOUM.
Select proxy type as"http"
The one important thing is your balance must be minimum 1rupee to get connected.
the trick is working like a charm with tremendous 3G speed.
