hello i have a new free open vpn free server ,you can find it on web and can post here your free ovpn settings
connect apn: rcomwap
now trick
1]install OpenVPN 2.1.4
2] go to proxy setting
enter mannually
proxy:10.239.221.07 port 8080
3]add the configuration files in
C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config
4]connect to setting by running open vpn gui>connected ,try 2 to 3 times if you failed once
enjoy free full internet ,with torrents also!!
note: do not add any proxy to browser or any application

bro this trick of openvpn is very useful we can use it in other network also
