Free Access to Celtel (Zain) Tanzania wap portal

Well From last few days i am getting back on Track with hacking telecom operator
and rejuvenating those hard days when i started all this on Airtel INDIA and accessed
lots of Underground things in Airtel servers. Now my Target operator CELTEL / ZAIN Tanzania

I Tried lots of things and Discovered few servers and even was able to break into them
but yet i am not able to get any Proxy server or anything through which we can access
Free gprs still here is a Usefull Trick :

Celtel / Zain Tanzania Gives you two GPRS profiles
first one is WAP which is for Pay as you go
Internet browsing as well for Internet bundles
and Second one is MMS which is only to send MMS

Accessing Celtel portal i.e. http://portal.celtel.com
is not free and it charges you while browsing But here
is a simple trick to access Whole celtel portal without
being charged a Single Tzs. Just edit your WAP Profile
or create a new profile with this settings

Profile Name: WAP
APN ( acces point ) : mms
connection: secure
Homepage: 10.246.17.122
Proxy : blank
Port: blank

Now save it and use this profile while browsing. Remember
either you have to click on homepage or enter 10.246.17.122
Manually to access free celtel portal as entering "portal.celtel.com"
wont work.
