Here is d trick-
1. Activate zero rental plan in your bsnl 2G sim.
2. Now sms your handset model to 58355, you will receive gprs settings.
3. Now make bsnl live as your default settings.
4.open home page by pressing 0 in nokia nd dont know abt other sets.
5. For first time you will get charged some paise but after dat it would not charged you.
6. Now open ur web browser and u will get access to surf.
7. After that move to umts mode from dual mode or gsm.
8.Now for first time it will say , check packet data connection but after some tries it will connect you to 3G.
Now enjoy free surfing.
