so this balance gives u as a promo balance.its nt credited in main balance. This balance is totally like as ur main bal. Means this bal is treted as ur plan or tarrif.
So finally who facing balance deduction at high balance. or balance cutted for ct or any other service of rim will nt happen. So u can use rim net at 0bal. Bt dc problm will persist.
