N-Desk, with an installation size of just above 200 kB, changes the layout of Nokia’s default menu screen to iphone style sideways swipeable menu. The 2 noticeable difference between the default layout and N-Desk’s custom layout are:

  • It’s way of arranging icon’s i.e It lines up icons vertically rather than horizontally (as done by Nokia).
  • N-Desk uses the full screen for displaying menu. Though it limits the scope of configurability of icons (can be altered little bit from N-Desk settings) but looks nice nonetheless :)
N-Desk is essentially a facepack for the boring menu screen and is limited to its makeover only. It is available for s60v5, (symbian^1) and symbian^3 based mobile phones. You can download the latest version of N-Desk using this direct link or via Ovi Store here.
