This error happen becouse that DLL file has been infected by virus or that file missing in computer
How to fix a rundll error?
You will see some solutions :
1 : Try to rebot your computer
(simply rebooting your computer can fix this problem)
2 : Remove and try to install again the program
(This problem could have happened due to an incorrect program removal procedure)

Go to control panel
