The car that is like a brick in strength...it's made of them.
Chinese artist Dai Geng designed a model of a BMW Z4 sports car made from bricks. Dai spent more
than a year cementing the brick blocks together and then carved it into a BMW Z4 model. The car weighs 6.5 tons.
The sporty BMW Z4 brick model can exceed speeds of 150mph. Except for the windows, everything is made from brick, even the hinges that allow the door to open and close.
The brick BMW is on display in Jiangyin, Jiangsu province in China. The tyres, steering wheel, exhaust pipe and trimmings are made of brick.
Dai Geng is asking for at least 80,000 pounds for the brick BMW car.
