Terms and Conditions
  1. The Offer is valid only in India.
  2. The Offer is open only to Indian citizens (individuals) residing in India, who are valid subscribers of Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) or Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) (TTSL and TTML hereinafter collectively referred to as "TTL").
  3. The Offer is not open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of TTL and also for the relatives of such employees, distributors, franchisees, agents, vendors and suppliers.
  4. The Offer shall run from the 11th January 2011 at 00.00 hrs and ending on 13th January 2011 at 23.59 hrs (hereinafter referred as "Offer Period").
  5. To participate in the Offer the participants must be a subscriber of Tata Docomo prepaid connection and must become a fan or follower of the official Tata DOCOMO Facebook page.
  6. Participants having valid subscription to Tata Docomo prepaid connection and have successfully added themselves to the official Tata DOCOMO page / identity hereinafter referred to as "Participant".
  7. Links to the official Tata DOCOMO identity on Facebook is:

  8. Participant making top-up recharge during the Offer Period shall become eligible for getting talktime twice the amount of top-up recharge amount ("Gift Recharge").
  9. Participant shall be entitled for talktime twice of the top-up recharge made by the Participant during the Offer Period on fulfilment of following criteria:-
    1. Participant must be a fan or follower of the official Tata DOCOMO page on Facebook;
    2. Participant does a top up recharge during the Offer Period;
    3. Participant has a valid Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number;
    4. Participant submits his Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number details along with the telecom circle to which his Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number belongs to accurately on the Facebook community page during the Offer Period.
  10. Participant fulfilling conditions specified in clause 9 and other terms and conditions of this Offer, during the Offer Period shall be entitled to the Gift Recharge equal to the top-up amount subject to maximum of Rs 1000 per #del number recharged. Thus if the Participant fulfilling the terms and conditions of this Offer and gets a top-up recharge for his Tata Docomo Prepaid mobile number during the Offer Period with the talktime for an amount of Rs.500/- he shall be entitled to an additional Gift Recharge worth talktime for an amount of Rs.500/- but if the Participant gets a top-up recharge for his Tata Docomo Prepaid mobile number during the Offer Period with the talktime for any amount above Rs.1000/- he shall be entitled to Gift Recharge worth talktime for an amount of Rs.1000/- only.
  11. The decision of TTL in deciding the Gift Recharge amount entitlement of the Participant shall be final and binding on all Participants. TTSL shall entertain no dispute in this respect.
  12. Participants are required to subscribe to prepaid telecom services provided by TTL and needs to have a Tata DOCOMO connection to avail the Offer.
  13. Participant is not required to write any comments, opinion, suggestions or remarks with respect to or about TTL, Tata DOCOMO or any other brand or services provided by TTL. Participant is required to correctly recharge his Tata Docomo #del number through any valid Tata Docomo channel (online or offline).
  14. Offer is valid only for a Tata Docomo prepaid customer who must be a fan of the Tata Docomo community during the Offer Period.
  15. Offer is applicable on the single highest top up recharge value done by the Participant during the Offer Period and any other top-up recharge done by the Participant during the Offer Period other than the highest top-up recharge amount shall not be considered for evaluating the Gift Recharge amount.
  16. Offer is applicable on all top up denominations starting from Rs 10 upto Rs 1000 only, per Tata Docomo prepaid number recharged by the Participant.
  17. Offer shall not be applicable on any special tariff recharge vouchers or special recharges made by the Participants and cannot be combined with any other promotional scheme in operation during the Offer Period.
  18. Gift Recharge shall be credited 7 - 15 days post the closure of Offer.
  19. No cash shall be exchanged in lieu of the Gift Recharge.
  20. Participants must recharge the Tata Docomo mobile number with the Top-up amount only through a valid retailer, channel partner, www.tatadocomo.com or distributor duly authorised by TTL.
  21. Gift Recharge entitlement of the Participant shall be in accordance with the value of talktime assigned to the highest top up recharge made by the Participant during the Offer Period in the respective telecom circle to which Participant’s Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number is belonging.
  22. The eligible Participants will be informed through an SMS sent to their Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number after 7 days of closure of the Offer.
  23. The Gift Recharge will be credited by TTL through backend credit at the Tata Docomo prepaid mobile number of the Participant, as appearing in the records of Facebook and as applicable to the eligible Participant.
  24. By participating in this Offer, Participants agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Offer.
  25. Participation in this Offer is open to only to individual with Indian nationality, resident in India. Corporate, Agencies, employees of TTSL, Facebook, Twitter, business associates of TTSL, Facebook, Twitter and immediate family members of the employees of TTSL, Facebook, Twitter are not allowed to participate in this Offer.
  26. TTL shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, claim, demand, action, expense or damage caused, suffered or sustained by any of the Participants, due to the discontinuation or cancellation or modification of any of the terms and conditions of this Offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation/extension of the Offer or modifications in the terms and conditions of this Offer as soon as possible. Such information shall be provided by TTL through posting a notice relating to such discontinuance / cancellation / extension of the Offer or modifications in the terms and conditions of the Offer on Tata Docomo web page.
  27. TTL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of god or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
  28. Participant agrees that under no circumstances shall it hold TTL or any of its affiliated / group companies, and their employees, contractors, directors, officials liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or conditional or incidental damages, claim, losses which result by participating in this Offer.
  29. TTL is not responsible for Participant not being able understand the Offer mechanics or terms and conditions of this Offer or for his misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained by TTL.
  30. All disputes will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
  31. The aggregate liability of TTL, in case of any damage, loss, cost, claim, liability or expense (including legal costs and expenses) caused to or incurred by any act, omission or representation in respect of the Gift Recharge in accordance with this Offer to any individual winner shall not exceed the value of the Gift Recharge won by such individual.
