prevoiously i also got speed of around only 8-10 kbps in 3g while 20-30kbps in 2g
And when i subscribe 99 plan on my friends NEW sim and select mode UMTS he is getting 3g speed of around 80-100kbps from last five days consistently while i was getting only 8-10 kbps in my old sim in which many times 99 and 51 plans r activated before.
---After dat i also bought new sim and activted 99 plan n i m amazed now i also got 3G speed in reliance from last 4 days on my NEW sim.

so u just have to bougt a new sim and acticate 99 plan n c d results this is 1000% working I am posting this thread after 7 days observation on both d sim so plz dont shout and comment before trying
