PROCEDURE A: (Fast Unlock)
If you want no installation procedure, proceed to PROCEDURE C

STEP 1:
Download this tool.
Huawei Unlocker.exe
 
STEP 2:
Extract and Open
 
STEP 3:
Connect your modem (use default SIM)
 

STEP 4:
Open ...Huawei Unlocker.exe
Click "Refresh" (Refresh COM port list)
Select the modem port usually COM3 
(How to detect COM port? proceed to PROCEDURE D)
 
*If you used your unlock code more than 10 times (permanent lock),
proceed to PROCEDURE B
 
STEP 5:
Check the "Auto-Select-Modem"
Check "Auto Calc Code"
Click "Read MDM Data"
 
STEP 6:
On the "Service" panel,
Check "Unlock Modem"
Click "Service"
Your modem was unlocked now!



PROCEDURE B: (Unlock counter reset)

STEP 1: 
Connect your modem (use default SIM)
 
STEP 2:
Open ...Huawei Unlocker.exe
 
STEP 3:
Click "Refresh" (Refresh COM port list)
Select the modem port usually COM3 
(How to detect COM port? proceed to PROCEDURE D)
 
STEP 4:
On the "Service" panel,
Check Reset Counter
Click Service
Your modem's unlock counter is now reset back to 0



PROCEDURE C: (Easiest way) (1 ~ 5 minutes) (No Installation needed)
STEP 1:
Go to SYMBZ.CO.CC/HUAWEI.PHP

(I personally made this program to let anyone calculate their unlock codes manually)
Enter the IMEI of your modem (See the back of your modem)
Click Generate and keep the unlock code you see.

STEP 2:
Connect your modem

STEP 3:
Press (WINDOWS BUTTON) + R and type: hypertrm
~Hyperterminal will appear
Click Cancel on the box you would see

STEP 4:
type ATE1 (you will not see any letters at first) hit ENTER
the screen will produce OK
 
STEP 5:
type AT^CARDLOCK="XXXXXXX"
replace XXXXXX with your unlock code
hit ENTER
your modem is now unlocked



PROCEDURE D: (Detect modem COM port)

STEP 1:
connect modem

STEP 2:
Go to START > Control Panel > Phone and Modems
 
STEP 3:
Click Modems
You will see the COM port on the list that will appear.
